Screening “Cycling Wind” in Les Nuits Magiques Film Festival, France

“Cycling Wind”, a recent animation by Kanoon, is going to be screened at contest section of 29th International Children and Youth Animation Festival, “Novi Magic”, France.

According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, the six-minute animation directed by Nazanin Sobhan Sarbandi is supposed to be displayed on Dec 4, 11, 14, 2019 in an hour and fourteen-minute collection for the age category above 7 with some short animations from France, Czech, Norway, Germany, Spain, and Belgium. The audience are going to select the best animation. 

 “Cycling Wind” is the story of a young wind who owns a bicycle. By the bicycle, it can wind faster. Without using much energy, it can freely go to any direction it wishes and enjoy this moving around. More importantly, it is the only wind that has such a device. This new freedom and power enables him to do anything.

This animation was screened in the contest section of Cartoon Club Award, Italy and the 9th Bicycle Film Festival, Virginia, USA.

It should be mentioned that in Les Nuits Magiques Festival another Kanoon animation, “When I was a Child” has participated in the contest section.

The 29th International Animation Festival, Les Nuits Magiques, is held from Dec 4 to 15, 2019 in Begels, France.
