“The 11th Step” the Animation that Made its Way to Indie-Anifest, South Korea

“The 11th Step” made by Maryam Kashkouli Nia entered the competition section of 16th Indie-Anifest- Korea Independent Animation Film Festival, South Korea.

According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, “The 11th Step”, short animation Kanoon produced in 2020, is screened in the competition section of Non-Korean Asian films (Asian Road).

 “The 11th Step” is experiencing its fourth international attendance in the first group of competitive section on Sept 19 and 20th, 2020.
This festival is held by South Korea Independent Association of Animation makers with the cooperation of animation directors to preserve the values of being independent, experientialism, enthusiasm and new outlooks.

16th Indie-Anifest- Korea Independent Animation Film Festival has two competitive sections; one for Korean films and one for Non-Korean Asian in two sections: Panorama and Special Screening.

It is reminded that “Am I a Wolf?” directed by Amir Houshang Moein received the Grand Prize: Star of Indie and the cash prize of the 15th Indie-Anifest- Korea Independent Animation Film Festival in the Non-Korean Asian section. 16th round of Indie-Anifest is supposed to be held from 17 Sept to 22 Sept 2020 in Seoul, South Korea.
