Iranian Friends of the Environment Selected in Japan Painting Contest

Five children and adolescents, members of Kanoon cultural and artistic centers, won awards and honorary diplomas in the Ninth International Painting Contest for the Environment in Kao, Japan, 2018

According to Kanoon Public Relations and International Affairs Office, the contest was held with the following theme   “We are Friends of the Environment”. Out of 12563 works from 44 countries, five members of Kanoon cultural and artistic centers won the prize.

Melika Ahadi, 10, from Gharveh center, Hamedan won Kao award and the honorary diploma.

Pariman Kiani, 13, from Chahar Mahal Bakhtiary center, Negin Yar-Ali, 12, from Daran, Esfahan center, Asra AbbasGholizadeh, 12 from Makoo, West Azarbayjan  center, and Atena Hosseini, 10, Yasookand, Kordestan center won honorary diploma.

Kanoon had sent 409 works to this contest.
