Kanoon Memorable Animation Characters Changed to Puppets

Memorable Kanoon Animation Characters are Produced in the Form of 70 Woolen (Kecheh) Puppets.

According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, Chista Tajvar and Radin Ebrahimpoor, two Iranian artists, have made these puppets.

“One is Lost” and “Bahador” directed by Abdollah Alimorad; “Ortalon in Cage” directed by Mehrdad Sheikhan; “Collection of Wedding, Wedding” directed by Mahin Javaherian; “The Fearful Night of Lomo” directed by Sareh Safieepour; “Tale of Little Cheese” directed by Parvin Tajvidi; “Rainbow Fish” directed by Farkhondeh Torabi are among the animations their characters are changed into puppets.

Characters of animations “Zal and Simorgh (Phoenix)”, “It is Me Who” and “Face” by Ali Akbar Sadehghi are being produced. So far, eight of their characters are changed into puppets.

Soon, some other Kanoon animation characters with the goal of developing by-products and cultural bonds are going to be changed into Kecheh puppets. Then, these precious works will be exposed to the interested audience in exhibitions.

It should be mentioned that Chista Tajvar studied painting at Tehran Azad University and Radin Ebrahimpoor has a degree in animation, at present he is studying graphics in Tehran Azad University.
