According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, this animation recently attended 37th Tehran International Short Film Festival and 49th Montreal International Film Festival is experiencing its third international presence in European countries.

Based on the news, this eight-minute animation, “Autumn Winds, Spring Winds and Two Doves” is based on a book carrying the same title written by Ahmad Reza Ahmadi and published by Kanoon. 

This short animation is screened online on Oct 27, 29, 31 and November 1, 2020 and at movie theaters for children above 5 and since Oct 28 until November 11, 2020 is displayed online.

International Leipzig Festival for Documentary and Animated Film is the largest film festival in Germany and one of the most outstanding international festivals for art documentaries and animations, also for interactive narration works.   

This year, the selected films of this section are displayed in five special programs for children and adolescents in various age groups.

The organizers for this section have tried to select films with serious and important theme for various age category.

Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults attended Leipzig Festival with “Am I a Wolf?” that could win Golden Dove for the best short film in the section of short animations. Leipzig festival award is approved of by the 92nd Academy Awards Oscar.

It is reminded that 63rd DOK Leipzig – International Leipzig Festival for Documentary and Animated Film is held from Oct 26 until November 1, 2020 in Leipzig, Germany both in-person and online.
