According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, the winners were introduced at the closing ceremony of the 8th International Shar Film Festival held on 22nd of July 2022 at Vahadat Hall with a group of artists and cultural and art directors participation. 

At section of “Cinematography and Video” of the festival, “Setareh Pesyani” who had the leading role at “Yadoo” directed by Mehdi Jafari and  Mohammad Reza Mesbah as the producer, a Kanoon production, managed to obtain the honorary diploma and the golden badge of the best female actor. 

Parivash Nazarieh, Ali Asghar Ghazinezam, Mohammad Davoudi, Mehdi Homayounfar and Mohammad Ali Basheh Ahangar were the jurors of this section. 

Mohammad Reza Mesbah, the producer of “Yadoo”, received the award on behalf of Setareh Pesyani. He said, “I dedicate this award to resistant people of Aabadan.”

“Yadoo” was nominated for the best film script, the best directing and the best film awards.  

The closing ceremony of the 8th International Shar Film Festival was held with the presence of Majid Akbar Shahi the secretary of the festival, Alireza Zakani, mayour of Tehran, Mohsen Barmahani, TV assistant, Majid Zeinolabedini, Salim Ghafouri, people working in the field of cinematography, artists, and martyrs’ families.
