According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, “The Sprayer” directed by Farnoush Abedi and produced by Kanoon could obtain the best 1st place award in Solidand Festival Cagliari and won Human Rights Youth Prize in Festival del Cinema die Diritti Umani de Napoli. Both festivals are held in Italy.

Kanoon animation success and receiving the first prize of Solidand Festival has positive reflection in Italy National TV Network.
“The Sprayer” had previously won three awards, 2nd best short film, best animation short film, and best short film drama from the 5th Amazing Shorts & Movies Film Festival Madrid Spain.
This Kanoon animation managed to record more than 329 international appearances in foreign film festivals.

This animation is about a land where the growth of any kind of flowers and plants is prohibited; an army called "Sprayer" is responsible for maintaining and hunting plants and those who take care of them. The story has a science fiction atmosphere; a destroyed city encounters the Utopia. In this ruined city, there is a no so bright future; the life path of one of these soldiers changes after meeting a small plant.
