According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, this cinema and art event was opened on Monday 5 May 2025 with the head of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, foreign guests, and owners of booths as participants after introducing the winners of the third round of Sobh Media Festival.

Market section is the new section of this round of Sobh International Festival for national and international distributors and those intending to purchase films. Only the specialists and professionals like producers, distributors, investors, purchasers, sellers and TV-channel representatives can register and participate. There are internet portals and new ways of media available. 
In this film market, distributors and international producers, and altogether foreign and Iranian companies are present at about 30 media booths.
