According to General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs,  a number of well-known directors and some new talents are going to direct these animations. This way, a new prolific season in Kanoon cinematic activities is formed.

Kanoon director general of cinema affairs said, “Of course, there are young animation directors that have already started making their films, soon other animations will start.”

Mohammad Reza Karimi Saremi added, “Since adapted animations are highly welcomed, about %80 of these animations will be based on Kanoon books to encourage the audience to read books as well.”

He reminded that many of the directors who are going to make these animations are outstanding and well known in the field; domestic and international festivals have selected many of them as the best.

Meanwhile, making the first Kanoon feature animation “Extinction” with Hamed Jafari as the producer, Hadi Mohammadian as the director and with the joint venture between Kanoon and Pouya Art Group is going on. Babak Nabizadeh, too, is making another feature film for Kanoon in south of Iran.
