According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, Ghazaleh Mohammadi, member of Kanoon Center in Makou, and Baran Karami, member of Kanoon Center No 12 in Kermanshah, were officially invited to Japan. Dressed in local costume, they attended award ceremony in Tokyo on Dec 9, 2019. They received their award and certificate of appreciation from “Mishitaka Savada” the head and executive manager of the painting contest.
Ghazaleh Mohammadi was officially invited to attend the ceremony in Tokyo on Nov 5 when the list of the selected participants at Kao International Environment Painting Contest for Children was published. The topic of the contest was “Together, We are Environment Friends.”
Kanoon had participated in this contest by sending 478 pieces of paintings by its members from all over Iran.
It should be mentioned that five Kanoon members from West Azarbaijan, Kermanshah, Gholestan, North Khorasan, and Ghom could win awards from Japan painting contest.
