According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, the ten-minute and fifty-second animation, “The 11th Step”, a Kanoon production, is going through its seventh international participation.

Bratislava Animation Festival competition sections include films for various age categories: less than 6, 7 to 10, 11 to 14, and 15 to 18 years old.
According to festival organizers, this year the screening of films has shifted from cinemas to TV shows, computers and mobile phones. Despite the problems due to the physical presence of audiences, especially children, in cinemas and movie theaters, the authorities have tried to persuade more audiences to watch animated films for children and adolescents than previous years by distributing entertaining and informative films online

The art event held in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, occupies a special stance among other international film festivals since it concentrates on children and adolescents animation.

The 15th round of the festival is held online from Oct 5th to 10, 2020.
