According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, “The 11th Step” made by Maryam Kashkoulinia entered two national and international sections and “Yes!” (With What?) directed by Mahin Javaherian made their way to the national section of this round of Isfahan Festival.

The ten-minute and fifty-second animation, “The 11th Step”, produced by Kanoon in 2019 is based on a book by the late Sousan Taghdis made by cut-out technique.

Based on the news, the animation is experiencing its tenth presence in 33rd Isfahan International Film Festival for Children & Youth. The six-minute animation “Yes!” (With What?), another Kanoon production made by cut-out technique, is participating in the festival as well.

It is reminded that 18 short animations have made way to the national section two of them belong to Kanoon. In addition, 11 other short films have entered the international section of this art event. “The 11th Step” is one of them.

33rd  Isfahan International Film Festival for Children & Youth is held online from Oct 18th to 23,  2020.
