According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, Mostafa Rahmandoost, the secretary of Children and Adolescents Book of the Month and Year Award announced the news. He said, “For summer award, Majid Rasti, Marjan Fouladvand, Afsaneh Shaban-Nejad, Babak Niktalab, Abdolhakim Bahar, are the judges for children story, adolescents story, children poetry, adolescents poetry, and book promoter successively.”

Rahmandoost added that the process of selecting and reviewing the works arrived at the secretariat includes primary review, experts review by the Council of Experts including Children's Poetry Working Group, Adolescent’s Poetry Working Group, Children Stories Working Group, and Adolescents’’ Stories Working Group, selecting the nominees to receive the award by these groups and final jury’s review to introduce the book of the month.

He added that Jafar Ebrahimi, Kobra Babaie, Seyed Saeed Hashemi form the “Working Group of Children Poetry”;Hossein Tavalaei, Maryam Zandi, and Seyed Habib Nezari form the “Working Group of Adolescents’’ Poetry”; Jafar Touzandehjani, Solmaz Khajehvand, and Majid Rasti form the “Working Group of Children Story”; and Jamalledin Akrami, Shahla Entezarian, Mohammad- Reza Marzoughi form the “Working Group of Adolescents Story” for  Children and Adolescents Book of the Month and Year Award, summer.

About selecting the primary and final jury in every season, the secretary of Children and Adolescents Book of the Month and Year Award said, “We tried to have different jury for every season; in general we tried to use authors’ and poets’ competence and opinions.”
Rahmandoost reminded that in the policy council of this award, we decided to add new people to the collection in each period and certain judges in all periods will not be in charge of judging the works. 

He said that in the final judgment for every season one book-reading promoter was added to the jury to benefit from those who work to develop reading.
