According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, Mehdi Ali-Akbarzadeh mentioned Soleiman’s values, experience and qualifications in his order. Ali-Akbarzadeh has asked him to establish effective interaction and communication with the media, news and information institutions  considering the international capacities; especially in the areas of cooperation such as holding national and international festivals and conferences, as well as counting public opinion feedback and analyzing Kanoon activities in society, especially Kanoon activities for children and adolescents; preparing and publishing reports as well as efforts to improve internal communication.

In the order to Soleimani, Kanoon director expressed hope that by relying on God Almighty, following the menus of the Supreme Leader in the policies of the President and considering the goals and programs approved by Kanoon while attracting the cooperation and participation of deputies, headquarters and provincial managers take effective steps to achieve their goals, missions and tasks.

Soleimani has already recorded responsibilities such as the director of the Center for Cultural and Artistic Creations of Kanoon and the general manager of the Center of Alborz Province. While retaining his position, he is also the head of the General Directorate of Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults at Alborz Center.

It should be noted that Abolghasem Soleimani replaced Kian Javadi by the order, who had been in charge of this department since May 2021.
