Filo Fileh parents celebrate a birthday party for him but they do the things they like themselves and they do not care about Filo Fileh. Filo Fileh, too, breaks grandma's souvenir when he is playing. 

Filo Fileh gets very sad because of what happens. But, after the birthday party, his parents remember Filo Fileh. When they go to his room, Filo Fileh has fixed grandma’s souvenir. They tell him you really have grown up today.
