According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, the nine-minute animation, “Sprayer”, is produced at Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults in 2021.

This animation is made by 3D technique for the age category above 7.

The goal of holding this film festival is to promote “Auteur Theory Cinema”, special attention to human rights matters, and creating a common discourse among the interested directors in the field.

Based on the news, this short animation is displayed in the 4th Human Rights Film Festival, Italy.

The 4th Human Rights Film Festival was held after two periods of interruption Aug 5 to 7 Aug. at Baschi, Terni, Italy.

The science fiction animation, “Sprayer”, had previously received the award for the best film at 4th IndieX Short Film Festival, USA.
