A day shines like a jewel in our calendar. A day in the name of all children and for the children.

I am sending you my message on the wings of the pigeons of friendship

A day will come when no child in the world will be sad, sick or hungry.

A day when the earth would be like the simple and friendly world of children, colorful like your dreams, and beautiful like your laughter.

On that day, all children, hand in hand, will send their kites to the sky and will paint a rainbow of peace and friendship in our sky.

That day the world will be full of butterflies.

The sun will rise from your sketch books and the earth will be a cradle for tranquility and hope.

The day when together, we link the sweet moments of childhood to the wonderful world of adulthood.
