According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, “In the Shadow of the Cypress” directed by Hossein Molayemi and Shirin Sohani managed to win two awards of the best film and audience special award from 9th Florence Short Film Festival.
“In the Shadow of the Cypress” is Kanoon latest animation participated at the completion section of 9th Florence Film Festival in Italy.
Based on this, Florence Festival introduced the winners in three sections of feature, documentary and animation.
9th Florence Short Film Festival was held from 25 to 27 Jan 2024 in Florence, Italy.
