According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, Picasso Art Contest is held in India with free theme every year. The winners receive badges of Brilliant, Gold and Diamond.

 This contest was held in 2023 with more than one thousand participants, children and adolescents aged 6 to 19 from 35 countries round the world.

 Based on this, Arta Amiri, 10, member of Kanoon, Isfahan Center, with five other members (non-governmental) from Isfahan refinery all won gold medal:

Samyar Kiani, 7; Ali Kazemi, 9; Aylin Malmali, 7; Bahar Behrouzi, 11 and Hosna Bastani, 12.

It is reminded that the six winners obtained the following ranks: 100, 73, and 74.
