According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, Farzaneh Rahmani with “Cultural Justice and Promoting Book Reading through Letter Writing”, and Hossein Tavallaei with “Professional Libraries of Literal Associations as Tools to Develop Adolescent Addressees” made way to this literal event.

Farzaneh Rahmani, children and adolescents’ author, and Hossein Tavallaei, children and adolescents’ poet are invited to this congress to present their articles.  

 IBBY 39th International Congress is being held in Trieste, Italy Aug 30 to Sept 1, 2024. The motto and the main theme of the congress is “Join the Revolution! Give Good Books to All Kids.”

 The congress program includes seminars, workshops, and various exhibitions. A large space is given to presenting experiences and selection policies of choosing works of quality, production and publishing good books along with promoting and teaching of reading. 

It should be mentioned that the organizers of the 39th IBBY International Congress have invited Kanoon literal experts to participate at the congress and to present their articles orally.
