According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, the jury of this round of the Media Wave Festival introduced the best of the 34th Media Wave International Film Festival including eleven professional films, cinematography, and student jury 

 “In the Shadow of the Cypress” is Kanoon latest animation.

Based on the news, more than 700 films from all over the world had asked to participate in this festival out of which 67 films were selected to compete in five sections including Cross Art, Short Feature Films, Documentary, and Awakening Animation.

The main award and the special award were given to each section by one of the judges to the winners.

The 34th Media Wave International Film Festival is considered as an important event in Hungary. It was held from May 15 to 20, 2024.
