According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, “In the Embrace of the Tree” produced by Mohammad Reza Mesbah and Sajad Nasrollahi Nasab and a joint product by Soureh Cinema Organization and Kanoon.

With four other films, this film is nominated to participate at the competition section of the best foreign TV movies for this round of Shanghai International TV Festival. 

The awards for the competition section includes the best TV series, the best director, the best male actor, the best female actor, the best supporting male role, the best supporting female role, the best cinematography, the best art director, the best foreign film television series, the best foreign fiction film, the best documentary, the best documentary series, the best animation, the best variety.

In the summary of “In the Embrace of the Tree” it is stated: “The crisis in Kimia and Farid’s life who married 12 years ago, ruins the beautiful world of their children; the children that know nothing but innocence and kindness.”
