According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, “Yadoo” directed by Mehdi Jafari and produced by Mohammad Reza Mesbah is a joint product by Farabi Cinema Foundation and Kanoon in 2021. 

“Yadoo” is supposed to compete with 18 films in the 5th Kausar International Film Festival.

“Yadoo” is in “Holy Defense and Child and Youngster” genre. It has depicted the very first months of imposed war in the besieged Abadan. 

Based on the news, the 5th Kausar International Film Festival is going to be held with the theme of “The role of self-sacrificing women and their epic position in the revolution and the resisting front”.

The Fifth Kausar International Film Festival is held by Foundation of Verses of Sacrifice and Endeavor and with the cooperation of Tehran municipality, Iranian Organization of Cinema and Audiovisual Affairs, Foundation of Martyrs and Martyrs’ Affairs, and Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting with Naser Bakideh as the director on July 21, 2024.
