According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, Vahid Khosravi, a cultural expert of Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children & Young Adults, was present at the first "Saamer" event with “Ideko” (the application program of Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults) from the General Department of Cultural Creations of Kanoon. He was chosen by the judges in the hall.
Vahid Khosravi said about his idea: This idea is aimed at quick and easy access of users due to the extensive use of virtual spaces by users, advertising use of this application in order to introduce Kanoon to the general public as much as possible and increase the number of members and encourage families. It is designed for their children to join Kanoon and use its activities due to the speed in obtaining information and programs of Kanoon.
He added: "Saamer" festival is one of the good and influential festivals, and the holding of such events provides a suitable platform for the exchange of ideas for any forward-looking and progressive organization.
Khosravi said: As a small member of the great community of Kanoon, I have been working in Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults many years with love and commitment, and I am proud that I was a teacher of children and teenagers of my country at one point in my life.
He continued: I liked all the ideas, in fact these ideas were my dreams and I lived my dreams many times and I knew and loved them completely, but according to the rules and regulations of the "Saamer" festival, I only had to choose one idea and follow the steps. Next, I would present a festival.
Khosravi added: The idea of “KanoonBalad” is an application to recognize and introduce Kanoon, and in the next stages, I was able to make the plan more complete with your cooperation and cooperation.

Khosravi said: Connecting to the world's technology and having a dedicated application program for Kanoon is a necessity for direct communication with the Kanoon’s audience, who know it because of its age and background, but need more knowledge and information to use its services. Khosravi added: If a lot of audience come to Kanoon through this application, does Kanoon have the ability and facilities to accept the large volume of audience? Are there enough infrastructures and forces to implement this application in Kanoon?
