“Yadoo” was Displayed in the 7th Iranian Film Week in Tokyo

“Yadoo” directed by Mehdi Jafari, the best film at 39th Fajr Film Festival, was screened in the 7th Iranian Film Week.

According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, eight films with Japanese subtitles were screened in this festival: “Yadoo”,  “Titi”, “No Prior Appointment”, “The Painting Pool”, “Takhti”, “Just 6.5”, and the “Burnt City”.

Based on this news, the Iran Film Week was organized by the Islamic Republic of Iran's Cultural Consultation in Tokyo and the International Cooperation Association of Minato-ku Region and with the support of MOCT Institute, Only Hearts Film Company and the organizing association of the Tokyo Film Festival Unijapan at the Municipal Hall of Minato-ku Region.

“Yadoo” produced by Mohammad Reza Mesbah, is a joint product by Kanoon and Farabi Cinema Foundation in 2021. With the efforts of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Cultural Consultation, the 7th Iranian Film Week was held in Tokyo, Japan from 9 to 11 August 2024.
