Twenty Prizes for the Contribution of Iranian Children at Kanagawa Biennial World Children's Art Exhibition, Japan

Iranian children received twenty awards from Japan 22nd Kanagawa Biennial World Children's Art Exhibition in 2023.

According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, 22nd round of Kanagawa Biennial World Children's Art Exhibition was held in Japan with more than 

11,000 works from 60 countries with the theme of “Free” in 2023. 

Based on this, Kanoon participated in this art event with 346 works. Twenty members of various Kanoon centers from all over Iran could win prizes from this round of the contest. 

Baran Ehterami, 8, from Behbahan, Khuzestan; Parham Goudarzi, 14, from Center No 1in Kermanshah province and Maryam Rahimi, 12, from Kanoon center No 2 in Ardabil province could win special award from this international contest. 

Zahra Motamed ,15, from Kanoon No 3 in Shiraz; Sahar Mazraeh Fard, 15, from Kanoon center in Basht, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province; Mohammad Hassan Hashemi Nejad and Yeganeh Ashraf Ganjavi both 11 from Kerman province; Anita Dorosti, 7, Nesa Aboubakri, 11 both from West Azerbaijan province; Elena Fatemi, 6 from Kanoon No 44 in Tehran; Mehrsa Zandi, 5 from center No 5 in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province could win Kanagawa prize. 

While Sadra Tandis, 7, from Kanoon in Dezfoul, Khuzestan Province; Setayesh Abdi, 10, Amir Reza Jamshidi, 11, and Raha Moradi, 11 all three from Kanoon in Kermanshah province; Setayesh Mirahmadi, 9, from Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province; Mohanna Shokri, 6, Mohammad Mehdi Aali, 11; Hasti Sahraei, 12 and Kimiya Ebrahimi, 13 all four from Ardabil province won Kanagawa prize at 22nd Kanagawa Biennial World Children's Art Exhibition.
