According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, this festival is held with the goal of reinforcing spirit and hope among pediatric kids passed through art and color. Works by teenage artists from various countries competed with each other.
Nazli Taghavi, 15, a member of Kanoon center No 1 in Urmia, West Azerbaijan obtained the first rank by her creative and brilliant painting. Reyhaneh Ali Panahi, 15, another Iranian participant, won the second prize.
The 11th International Festival of Paintings for Pediatric Patients (IFPPP) was held in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil and teenage artists from various countries exhibited their works with the theme of hope, friendship and childish outlook towards life.
