According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, Seid Hassan Soltani is the director of this ten-minute silent animation. It is supposed to be screened at the contest section for children movies called UNISEF on July 19, 22, 25 2019.

 “Fisherman and Spring” is based on a book with the same title by Mojaghan Kalhor. It is the story of a fisherman who is waiting for the spring to arrive but the spring is late. In his cottage, he is waiting for spring by making blossoms every day.

This animation and five other Kanoon films were screened in Zulin International Film Festival in Czech Republic for the first time in 2019.
