According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, the short animation “Fisherman and Spring” directed by Seyed Hassan Soltani, was screened in the non-competitive section of Smile Festival in India.

This ten-minute animation was screened on Dec 12, 2019.

5th Smile International Film Festival for Children & Youth is held from 9 to 15 Dec, 2019 in New Delhi. The main goal of holding this festival is to educating, strengthening and involving children’s and adolescents’ minds through watching meaningful films.

In this round of the artistic event, more than 150 films with various themes from 50 various countries are displayed, more than 10 workshops, professional meetings, instructional classes for children and adolescents are held. It is expected that more than 30 thousands visit the festival.
