 “Am I a Wolf?” Won the Golden Dove in Leipzig

“Am I a Wolf?”, an animation by AmirHoushang Moein, won the Golden Dove for the best short film at short animations section in 62nd Leipzig Film Festival, Germany.

According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, Kanoon produced this animation in 2018.

 “Am I a Wolf?” is a digital animation in which students perform the old story of the wolf and goats. The two fight with each other and of course at the end, the mummy goat missing her kids wins as usual and the lonely furious wolf loses as usual.

This animation has participated in many international and national festivals and events and has won many awards and prizes.

* “Media Face” from Japan 22nd Media Art,     

* The award of the best children film from Bulgaria film festival,

* The award for the best short animation from Tripoli, Lebanon,

* The award of the best film from Childish Dreams section at Russia Animation Festival “Insomnia”,

* The big award of International Animation Festival, Paris   

The 92nd Oscar Academy Award approves of the “Golden Dove”; it is along with a cash award of 5000 Euros.

The short documentary “Ashoo” directed by Jafar Najafi received a commendation from this festival.
