Poetry Collection of “You are a Fish, I am a Human” is Published

For the first time, Kanoon published the poetry collection of “You are a Fish, I am a Human” versed by Parvaneh Shirazi and illustrated by Sahar Azadmehr.

According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, “I am a Fish, You are a Human” includes 12 pieces of poems. Each of them has different outlook towards life and children interaction. Play, relation with parents, environment, imagination and paying attention to war are the topics in the book.

“Mommy Ant”, “Mom, why you are upset?”, “Meow Language”, “Repetitive News”, “Why this Chair is Crooked?” are some the poetries in the book. In “Mommy Ant” we read: One seed of rice fell/ from the bowl out/ an ant took it/as far as the nest and then/successively for ten days/ate it with her kid.

The imaginative images of the book helps New Grade-schoolers to create parallel stories.

This book with the price of eleven thousand Toomans can be found in all Kanoon stores. It is for children above 7.

It should be mentioned that the book is 28 pages and published in 2500 copies.
