Two Kanoon Films Made Way to the Contest Section of Kinolub festival, Poland

“Douch”, a feature film by Kanoon, and “The Cycling Wind”, an animation by Kanoon, are going to be displayed in the competition section of the sixth International Film Festival for Children and Youth KINOLUB, Poland.

According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, “Douch”, directed by Amir Mashhadi Abbas, will compete with nine other films from Estonia, India, Holland, Germany, Croatia, Belarus, The Philippines, Russia, and Finland, in competition section of feature films. 

“The Cycling Wind”, the animation directed by Nazanin Sobhan Sarbandi is participating in the competition section of films for children above 6 and competes with five short films from Russia, Spain, Canada, Croatia, and Norway. 

Based on the report, ten feature films, sixty-three short films have participated at the competition section categorized in five groups aged four to fifteen. 

The 6th International Film Festival for Children and Youth KINOLUB is held since 2008 by Poland Developing Cinema Foundation. It can be held in all cities in the south of the country by the municipality.

The 6th International Film Festival for Children and Youth KINOLUB is held from September 26 to 29, 2021.
