According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, the animation "Being Ten" directed by Fatemeh Jafari from the 2023 productions of Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults, along with the films "The Encounter" from Russia and "Animus" from Ireland in the adult section. They became the finalists of this festival.

“Being Ten” is about a boy living with his father in a faraway jungle. One day, the boy’s father traps a duck to end his son’s loneliness. The boy and the duck come to know each other gradually until unwanted events change the boy’s views towards the world surrounding him.

According to this news, the animations "The Lovely Sky" directed by Amir Mehran and "Successor" directed by Abdollah Alimorad from the productions of Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children & Young Adults were present in the adult competition section of this festival.

With the aim of promoting the cultural creativity of domestic and foreign authors in the field of animation, this edition of the "Constantine's Gold Coin" festival selected the works of the participants and displayed them in the student and adult sections.

The 11th international festival of animated film "Constantine's Gold Coin" was held from July 17 to 21, 2023 in the city of Niš, Serbia.
