According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, the best film award for 8 years old was granted to Amir Mehran for “The Lovely Sky”, and Special Award for the Best Film for Children and Adolescents was granted to “Being Ten” directed by Fatemeh Jafari.

These two animations are produced by Kanoon in 2021 and 2023 which have obtained several awards by now.

The organizers of the festival believe that children and teenagers mange to learn about their rights and increase their cultural curiosity through watching films.

In this round of AniFestRosafa International Film Festival only short films for children and adolescents were selected and judged.

23 children and adolescents aged 8 to 12 have been the jury for the films which made way to the competition section. This jury was selected by Europe Association of Children Films.

Previously, “With What?”, an animation made by Mahin Javaherian made way to the competition section of the 11th Anifest Rozafa, 2020.

The 14th AniFest Rozafa International Film Festival is held from 13 to 16 November 2023 in Albania.
