“The Dog that Was Sick” Won an Award in Britain

The animation “The Dog that Was Sick” directed by Parvin Tajvid won the award for the best artistic designing in Ainfest, Canterbury Animation Festival, Britain, 2020.

According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, the animation directed by Parvin Tajvidi, “The Dog that Was Sick” is a nine minute and 30 second animation produced at Kanoon in 2019. This animation participated in Anifest, Canterbury Animation Festival, 2020, Britain, and could win the award for the best artistic designing.

It is the story of a dog who eats everything. That is why he gets sick and vets in the clinic try to heal him but they notice that he has eaten so many things. After they take out all those things, he eats them all again....

Anifest is held every year. It awards the best animation in the following sections: British, international, student, personality animations, film voice, artistic designing and the animation chosen by the audience.

12th Canterbury Anifest Animation Festival was held on February 29th and March 1st, 2020, Britain.
