The Novel “Dear Ghost” by Minou Karimzadeh is Published

The novel “Dear Ghost” written by Minou Karimzadeh from the collection of “Adolescent Novels Today” is recently published.

According to Kanoon General Directorate for Public Relations and International Affairs, this novel, with family theme, is suitable for adolescents above 15. “Dear Ghost” has tried to fill the empty place of novels with family theme. Noushin Safajou has designed the cover of this novel.   

On the first page of recently unveiled novel, before the start of the adventure that entails other adventures, we read:

In life, there are days that look ordinary and usual. No one sees their brightness; no one feels their miraculous aroma in the air. But when a minor incident occurs and falls on life as heavy as Damavand mountain and ruins everything, those ordinary things that nobody gives them a damn, change into shiny and distant days that one is ready to do anything to take them back….the evening of last Monday in March (Esfand) was like that for Arash.

Minou Karimzadeh, author, poet and film scriptwriter has worked mostly in children and adolescents domain. She is born in Shahrekord in 1964. Kanoon has published most of her novels.

Karimzadeh is appreciated for “Orange Hearts” selected by Munich Library, has won the award of the book of the season. The novel “Before Packing the Suitcase” is winner of the award of the book of the season; “When Yalda was not there” is appreciated by Mehregan Award. She has won the award of the best film script from Kish Festival for writing the scenario of “Second Wife” along with Fereshteh Taerpour.

 “Dear Ghost” is published for the first time in 204  pages and in 7500 copies for 30000 Tomans at Kanoon stores and Book City.
